It’s Time to Admit That Iceberg Is a Superior Lettuce

I grow my own micro greens but we always add them to at least some chopped lettuce. For a very long time that has been mostly romaine hearts. Recently as I’ve ramped up the micro green production, I convinced the family to give iceberg another try… I feel vindicated.
